Yoga Healing Program
Yoga Healing Program is a holistic program developed to work with the entire self, harmonizing and integrating all the aspects of one’s being. The program is suitable for beginners to advanced students and specifically designed for anyone looking to escape their busy and stressful schedule to re-balance their body, mind, and spirit while improving their personal fitness level and well-being.
Reach your fitness goals; get in shape, lose weight, and build strength and flexibility using awareness of your body and mind. Creating time and space to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Exploring the gentle practices of Yoga (Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga) in combination with Meditation to reset and heal our body, mind, and soul.

2 x 75 min personalized yoga session
1 x massage
1 x ice bath

Wellness initial consultation
Final wellness consultation to review personalized program
Upon completion of the program, you will learn how to disconnect from the stress and anxiety caused by work, relationships, and daily life by bringing attention to one’s breath to calm and still the mind. By learning and understanding the importance of how to breath correctly one can release tension and worry stuck in the mind and body.

We recognizes that the health of our physical body depends on the wellness of the mind, emotions, and other levels of the being. This holistic program is developed consciously to work with harmonizing and integrating all the aspects of our being.
This program is specifically designed for people who would like to escape from their busy schedules to rebalance their body, mind, and spirit and improve their fitness level, health, and well-being. It’s the perfect fusion of physical and mental exercise to re-balance the body, mind, and spirit to be fully immersed in nature.
Diving deep into the practices of Breathwork and other healing techniques to restore your health and balance your nervous system.

Upon completion of the program, you will learn how to re-balance body, mind and spirit. Manage stress, improve concentration and relaxation levels. Alicia Casillas
I support conscious humans in uncovering their inner voice, giving them the tools to align their lives, and lighting up the way to their most authentic selves.
My life didn’t always look like this. In fact, it used to look a lot different.
After a serious physical injury from years of strenuous exercise, I began searching for a more gentle way to keep active that had a lower impact on my body. My sports psychologist had previously suggested trying meditation to help deal with the pressure that came hand in hand with competitive swimming, and I figured, why not give it a go?
Shortly after being introduced to meditation, I discovered yoga and it didn’t take long until I was hooked. Once I began to experience the dramatic impact these practices had on my body, my mind, and my overall well-being, well, there was no turning back.
After graduating from university, I booked myself a one-way ticket to Asia and embarked on an adventure of a lifetime. I dove headfirst into a new way of life (I was a swimmer at heart after all), and immersed myself fully into yoga and spirituality, learning as much as I possibly could through retreats, workshops, studies, and of course a daily devotional practice. Soon, I discovered that nurturing my mind, my heart, and my body were all key elements to embodying a soul-filled life.
Anthony Ball
On his journey of self-discovery, Anthony found Breathwork and meditation as the practice that helped him find balance and grounding.
Anthony specializes in embodiment, coming out of the thinking mind, and connecting with intuition and the emotional body. Using embodiment practices such as shamanic, breathwork, and Osho, he offers the space to reconnect to the body and soul.
Anthony has spent many years in the world of health, wellness, and coaching, creating successful travel, adventure, and hotel businesses in the UK & Bali.
Using breathwork and other powerful techniques he has seen huge shifts within his clients and is dedicated to guiding others to have the confidence, clarity, and motivation to achieve their calling in life.

Location: Let’s Get Lost Ubud, Jl. Petulu, Ubud, Bali 80571
Details: Suitable to all fitness levels from beginners to advance practitioners. The option to have a 3 or 5 days program based on your specific need.
Timing: Starts on your select dates between 9 am to 6 pm any day of the week.
What is Included: 2 x 75 min a day of Yoga or Breathwork sessions, 1 x initial consultation, 1 x massage, 1 x sauna, 1 x ice bath and other activities based on your specific program. Please note accommodation is not included but a member of our team can help you book accommodation nearby.
